Reggae Singer Jah Cure has been in the news for the past two days over getting involved in a fight in the lobby of The Atlantis Hotel in The Bahamas.

The “Longing For” singer had attempted to leave the capital following the Sunday morning ordeal, however, he was stopped at the airport and charged for disturbing the peace.

The charges dropped late this afternoon but his road partner Teddy Mayson  was fined $150 for his involvement in that Atlantis lobby fight which left Cure kocked to the floor. Both men were represented by Attorney Devard Francis.
Bahamas Press has learned Bahamian, Trevor Thompson, was also charged in that altercation. He pleaded not guilty and will return to court on Nov 23rd.
From what we heard he was very drunk and started the altercation, and from what he are hearing from our Bahamian sources the brawl was not over a woman.

Jah Cure has left The Bahamas and will be jumping on board The Welcome To Jamrock Reggae Cruise in which we will catch up with him.
