Soul In The Sun is a two day live event will feature superb performances from music greats we love with short band changes and an atmosphere of smooth grooving. Tomorrow night o-access JAMAICA will be at the event to cover the festival that will feature acts Keith Sweat, Johnny Gill, Dru Hill Silk, and Lust.

On Saturday night Peabo Bryson, Jeffrey Osbourne, Howard Hewitt (of Shalamar fame), Regina Belle and Freddie Jackson are featured acts on night two of the festival. Taylor describes the show as “genre specific”. He points out that while it
appeals to fans who were weaned on R&B/soul music of the past 35 years, the current generation can also identify with the artistes’ timeless songs.“Their songs are still being played on radio so young people know of
them. A lot of them have been here before but not performing together,”said Taylor.
