Reggae legend Toots Hibbert is well and in good spirits after an unfortunate and injurious incident involving a drunk young man who threw and hit the artiste in the head with a bottle at the Riverrock Concert in Richmond, Virginia last night.
Toots was released last night fromVCU Medical Center after receiving stitches to his head and begins his acoustic tour tonight in NYC at the Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Centre.
The 19 year old man who threw the bottle has been charged.
Toots would like to thank his fans around the world for all their well wishes.
